A traditional colored pencil piece I made in my Art Foundations 2 class.
This project was originally a "focus illustration" in which you take a photograph of nature and match the colors with the photo. I was already in this course and had done it before, so I had the freedom to do whatever I wanted in colored pencil.
I did actually start a focus illustration, but got too frustrated with the detail and went with this idea instead.
