To be honest, I like him. I know he didn't do much cause he was a shadow trying to take over the Crystal Empire, and he barely had lines and stuff, but I like his design. I've heard people call him a "bad OC", but honestly, I really think he's cool. His eyes are my favorite feature and it's unique. He's pretty cool to draw too(:
I don't mind people hating on him, cause everyone has different opinions, but I really don't think he's a bad input.
